Details

Tinidazole is white or light yellow crystal or crystalline powder; It tastes slightly bitter. It is often combined with other anti-aerobic drugs to treat various anaerobic bacteria caused by sepsis, respiratory tract infection, abdominal and pelvic infection, unclean abortion, cellulitis and so on. Metronidazole is the first generation of nitroimidazole antimicrobials, tinidazole is the second generation, ornidazole is the third generation. The action mechanism of this class of drugs is that it can inhibit the REDOX reaction of protozoa, make the protozoa nitrogen chain break and play the role of killing protozoa; After drugs enter susceptible microbial cells, under anaerobic or hypoxic environment and low REDOX potential, the nitro group is easily reduced to a cytotoxic amino group by electron transfer protein, inhibits the synthesis of cellular DNA, reduces the price of synthesized DNA, destroys the double helix structure of DNA or blocks its transcription and replication, and thus causes cell death. Play its role of killing anaerobic bacteria and effectively controlling infection.
